We invite you to our Yiddish SingalongA Journey in the Life of a Jewish Child

PJTC • Sunday October 15 • 12:30 - 2:00 PM • Yes, we have snacks!

We poignantly weave together songs in such a way as to show a Jewish child’s life with all the happiness and tribulations that can arise along the way. The heartfelt songs we present are designed for you to follow, sing along, and hum along.

The themes we bring together are …. "Classics from childhood," … " Relationships and love" … “Our beliefs," and … "The passage of time." To this we add a dollop of history with humor with a tuneful song about a Hebrew Flying Ace. Some of the dozen songs we will include are “Rohinkes Mit Mandlen” … “Ich Bin Farlibt” … “The Partisan Song” and “The Bluebird of Happiness.”

Our presenters are your fellow congregants Marty Kirschen, Norma Pratt and Joseph Spiro. We will be inviting your observations as well. Our program is presented under auspices of the Adult Education Committee with the caring guidance of Carol Sofer. RSVP  mkirs54321@aol.com
