Temple Sholom of Ontario Religious School is located in Ontario, California and we are happy to serve all surrounding communities. We welcome all families of all diverse backgrounds to join our community.

Our school community provides a safe and stimulating environment that fosters a life-long love and respect for Judaism.  Throughout the year, the children are engaged in fun, meaningful activities that help children learn about Jewish history, culture, heritage, language, and family traditions.  Children learn through a variety of hands-on activities that include: books, music, cooking, history, and art.

Tha staff are caring and responsive teachers that have years of experience and strive to provide a positive connection to our Jewish community.  All our teachers have backgrounds in Education and have been working with children and families for years in both regular and Jewish Educaation.  Staff will maintain regular communidcation with families in the program to ensure optimal learning is happening for each child.

Our school is unnique in that we provide combination classroom learning that allows children to develop Jewish friendships and the feeling of being part of a strong Jewish community.  All grades will learn about holiday traditions and bible stories.  Currently,  Hebrew learning is being taught by 3 teachers, including Rabbi Sussman.  Grades Pre-K - 2 will focus on the Hebrew alphabet, basic prayers, and synagogue etiquette.  Grades 3-6 will be guided through the Torah and Haftarah blessings as well as other parts of the Shabbat services in preparation for their B'nai Mitzvah.

We have a wonderful program and look forward to you joining our religious school community.  If you have any further questions, or would like to tour the school, please call (909)983-9661
